1. Students will get access to our classes for 180 days. After 180 days access will be revoked.
2. WeGyde has no extension policy, unless there is valid explanation and each explanation will be reviewed with the Senior Management and approved upon discretion.
3. Students after buying our course are given access to our what's app group to support them better.
4. Students using any inappropriate language against any of our team members or against other students will be immediately removed from all communication and their access will be revoked.
5. Any issues or feedbacks should be shared to WeGyde team and appropriate support will be provided.
6. Any tech related issues will be taken on priority basis and will be tried to resolve within 48 hours if the issues are minor, any major tech issues resolution time and status will be update to students on timely basis. In which alternate arrangements will be provided to support the students.
